Description; Fire surrounds and swirls around hands and any weapon being used. Burns at high temperatures and constant movement spreads the excess heat around him in an area of 10 meters. Made for close combat, while excess heat saps the strength of all people in the area including him. Requires concentration, chakra and energy when being used.
